Performance Associates, Inc. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in February of 1986. Since December of 1999, our offices have been located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Performance Associates is not a subsidiary of any other entity and the founding principals own all of the shares of the company.
